Bob arrived about half an hour early. He completed the job promptly, but then chatted about various personal topics for about 3/4 hour - in the end I needed to make it clear that it was time to finish. Messaging re the job was clear, professional and prompt. In-person communication included questions about our house’s value, my husband’s view on guns, what some of our household equipment was for, my feelings on being called Mrs, and more, which was unprofessional.

"ok, Lee was a very nice person but had no idea that i had offended her, for that i am truely sorry as i thought that i was just being freindly. Regarding house prices it was because checking the address i had to visit i noted that all house prices in the area were on the map and just mentioned that. Asking about husbands veiw on guns was just because he happeded to be American. Lee was devoid of any sense of humour and regarding her reveiw, not a nice person at all, regards, Bob"
