Fix washing machine

Fisher and Paykel Intuitive Eco Washing Machine has come up with Fault 40 on its screen. Apparently, this means it could be clogged with detergent or have something caught in it (preventing the spin cycle). I have run it through a 'clean bowl' cycle with 2 cups of vinegar as recommended and also unscrewed the nut holding the mixer in the drum but can't see anything caught. I would like a 'Fisher and Paykel approved' appliance repair person to fix please.
