Repair/Replace the Range Hood - whilst ideally keeping the original cabinetry. This may also need the current extract arrangement vented to the outside as I'd need to check if its into the roof at the moment or if it already goes externally.

Dave was super to deal with from a landlords perspective. He liaised directly with our tenant, arranged access for a quote, and then again to get the actual job done. The tenant was really impressed with the work done, as were we. Whole thing couldn't have been less painful from my perspective and Dave certainly made it happen. Delighted.
