Dave and the team was able to fix our Delonghi oven with what I thought was a reasonable price. Unfortunately repair took longer than expected due to difficulty sourcing the parts. While this was communicated at the time, it would have been better if we had some updates while waiting, especially as the wait was over a couple of weeks. This is a minor point as overall Dave's team was professional and he was always quick to respond if I had any questions.
