Oven needs some lovin'

A couple of switches have become faulty on my Shacklock Chef oven, one being for controlling Bake vs Grill, and the other controlling the front-left element. I'm looking for someone to come and replace them please. The tape on the Grill/Bake switch is just to remind us to leave it alone, as we've managed to get it to the bake setting and can still use it, but it would be nice to be able to use grill occasionally! The other switch turns the element on 100% or 0%, nothing in-between. In both cases we've tried replacing the knob to no avail, it's something to do with the switch mechanisms. Thanks!
