Applico rangehood fan motor still working but no suction.

When turn on the rangehood, the fan motor appears to be running but there's no suction. I took out the filter and try to feel the suction, there's nothing. I'd like to get a quote on the job and get it fixed as soon as possible before the next tenant move in. Many thanks! Daniel
