LG Fridge-freezer fan motor

My fridge is LG premium EZ Digital. Recently the display screen showed error. Error code is ff, indicating something is wrong with the freezer fan motor. temperature inside the fridge is also unusually low with all the food turning into ice blocks. Need help fixing the fridge.
