Westinghouse Wall Oven

I have a Westinghouse wall oven (approximately 12 yrs old??) which has a few problems....the door is loose and wondering if there is a problem with the hinges. The indicator lights have suddenly stopped working and it also needs replacement knobs. Would like these repairs done asap thanks!
