Repair LeVigne 168 Dual Temperature Wine Cabinet

I have a LeVigne wine fridge from BBQ's and More in Auckland and it is not cooling. I am dealing with a technician from them but obviously he can't come down for it. He has sent the part down he believes it is but I need someone that can install the evaporator and then re-gas it etc. I'm looking at someone that can preferably do this on site rather then take the whole fridge away.
