We're replacing a built-in oven and a rangehood and will require someone to remove existing and install the new ones.

In the two years I've been using Builderscrack, this is the first bad review I've made. 1. Over 2hrs late. 2. They both spent the majority of the time bickering and raising their voices at each other. 3. Made no attempt in communicating an increase from the quote. Sent an invoice two days later with a 30% increase to $703. 4. Electrical cert wasn't sent until I had to ask for this. Overall, of all the tradies I've had to deal with, this is by far the worst in customer service.

"1. Yes we were late and apologised 2. We don't believe we were bickering 3. Some of the increase from quote was authorised beforehand (have in writing) however could have been communicated better as the client claims she wouldn't have had a problem with it if all discussed at once 4. Job done on Friday client chasing on Monday, so instead of posting scanned and emailed COC. 5.The appliances installed were not what was discussed and not a simple job - cut bench and build plinth."
