Euromaid oven repair

I have a Euromaid built in oven that will not heat to temperature on fanbake setting but is heating/working on bake. I suspect a fuse may have blown?? But have no idea how to replace, let alone access that part of the oven so looking for someone qualified to diagnose and repair. The oven came with the house so no user manual available.
