Switches on Rangehood will not stay in when pressed!!

Our rangehood does not have a Brand name on the outside! On the motor which is covered by the filters it reads:- Made in Italy Inox KT/90-TT The four switches are along the front righthand side of the hood. Switch 1 = Clear Switch 2 = Runs low Switch = 3 Runs high Switch 4 = Stop Switch 5 = light The Rangehood actually is still working and the light goes BUT the No 2 and 3 Switches will not stay in when depressed!! Would the mechanism where they are attached be able to be fixed?
