Vlad was in touch promptly and once he knew the model of my oven was able to provide a fast quote for the replacement part and labour. Lovely guy who did a good job fixing the oven. I also got him to replace the damaged seal at the same time which he was happy to do. Easy to see why he gets so many 5 star reviews.
