The top drawer dishwasher stopped working today and showing the error F9. Dishwasher was not completely drained and the drawer seems hard to open. Need a quote for the repair

Beware. I have advices the company fault and issue with my dishwasher and he said he will charge $129 + gst for fault finding and extra for parts if needed and no extra if can be fix during the fault finding timeframe. Assuming this is the call out fee, I agreed. After 15 min of crc spraying and shaking my dishwasher without solving the problem. Was going to charge me for that. Call the owner and said will not pay until the problem is fix. No com until today. Tribunal it is.
