Washing machine repair

Hi, I have a VOGUE 6kg front loader washing machine which is showing error messages relating to drain hose / pump and/or water inlet issues. Water comes into the machine and mid cycle it stops and shows those error messages. The drum fills with water and doesn't drain out. Managed to drain the water using the drainage pump and unlock the door to get the clothes out. Please can you let me know what your call out fee and hourly rate is please. Thanks Carly ( --- )
