Baumatic RF278l fridge not coming down to temp

Fridge and freezer doesn’t come down to the right temperature and the alarm goes off to notify. The display flashes the temperatures (it shouldn’t) I’ve failed to set the temperature according to the manual and when I try the temperature display shows “LL” and “L”
