Coil elements stay on high continuously. The heat does not go down when turning it low. Appears thermostat problem. Reasonal cost. I cannot estimate approx price.

Arrived with the wrong appl. When I disputed, he was agitated & started yelling at me. Requested it could be replaced as it was still in the box. He was not prepared to as he shouted it was going to cost him to return & pick up replacement. He started threateneing me with 'small claims court', his hourly rate was high, & I pay him the quoted amt & will go away without doing the job. Quote was vague. I trusted him. The price would have been ok for the one I wanted. Eletrc job so let him do it.
