Fix a leak in commercial underbench fridge

We have a 1500mm wide underbench fridge on wheels. There seems to be a blockage and the water is leaking into the fridge rather than into the evaporator. We are constantly mopping out the bottom inside of the fridge. Tried to take off panels to see if we could unblock pipes ourselves, but can't figure out the access - so we would like to leave it to the professionals. Its a TurboAir unit which I think is called a Pizza Prep fridge (has a stainless hatch on top). We also have a number of other fridges and freezers and are looking for a relationship with someone who can be our go to person + perform standard maintenance on our 7 freezers and 5 fridges
