Fix the machine its about 3-4 years old, but would much prefer to repair then purchase a new one. I have drained and performed the basics, checked for blockages, made sure fan is working and checked u shape pipe under the sink for blockages.

Gaurav was fantastic. He sent a good 45 minutes diagnosing the problem which wasn't worth the cost to fix. He charged me nothing for the call out or time. I true gentlemen, I wish all tradies operated this way.
