cordless Ryobi Lawn Mower stopped working

7 year old cordless Ryobi 36V lawn mower suddenly won’t start but battery is fine so assuming it is an electrical/wiring fault. Can’t find a lawnmower repairer that will look at it and Ryobi aren’t much help. Before having to purchase another mower , does anyone repair cordless mowers? Or can they be checked to see if it is just a loose connection somewhere.? I don’t want to buy a new mower if it is something easily fixed. Thanks
