Fisher & Paykel - Washing machine won’t start cycle

Fisher & Paykel WashSmart WA70T60GW1 Machine will turn on, but cannot (will not) “start” a wash cycle. Most buttons will not work at all, and the machine is not locked. I have checked all F&P troubleshooting and guides. I have reset and unplugged the machine several times. Our machine has been working fine as recently as last week. No issues in the past. We are located in Freeman’s Bay near all motorway on and off ramps.
