Smeg fridge/freezer repair

We bought the Smeg double door fridge/freezer 2nd hand, kept it upright during transport, waiter a few hours before plugging it in at home. At first, the fridge was working fine, but the freezer had only fridge temperature. Cleaned the coils, after that, fridge turned up to 10°C and freezer is now on -18°C (besides the top shelf, underneath the ice compartment, this only reaches -10°C). Wondering if it's best to bring the fridge back to where we got it from or if it's not too much to fix.
