Vogue washing machine and dryer all in one, 7 kg front loader from trade depot

I have a Vogue washing machine 7kg and dryer combo front loader from Trade Depot. It makes a very loud noise on spin. Do you fix these machines? If so can you tell me your charges. We are in Grey Lynn Auckland. Thanks
