Samsung washing machine problem
Job description
Water doesn't turn off when the machine stops and is leaking in between the interior tub and its casing plus running down the back onto the floor. Have turned the tap off in the meantime. The machine is a Samsung 7.5kg automatic. SW75USP. Over 12 years old. Can't use it until it's fixed or replaced.

My old washing machine broke down during lockdown and they came the next day and did a temporary fix as parts weren't available. They were prompt and professional and I would definitely recommend them.
