freezer repair in Waterview

My freezer isn't working despite me turning it off and defrosting it last night - after turning it on again (at which point the error light stopped flashing) I can see ice has immediately reformed blocking the ducts/air vents at the back and the error light is flashing again. I hope someone might be able to look at it today (understand there might be an extra Sunday call-out fee) . Thanks
