Fisher and Paykel Fridge Freezer stopped cooling

Fisher and Paykel Fridge Freezer Model E415H stopped cooling a couple of days ago - everything else seems to work fine, lights work and I can hear a fan/motor going however the compressor unit at the back gets too hot (have compared this to our spare fridge) and we can hear a clicking noise from it every couple of minutes when the fridge freezer is on.
