Good morning I am emailing on behalf of my elderly mother who has a Simpson Saturn Stove Model: 3U603W#01 Serial no: --- and both of the power switches on either side of the stove do not work, it dosen't click into the on or off position its just loose, photos attached. Also are you part of the Gold Card for seniors programme.
