Cut out stainless steel benchtop and install induction cooktop

I have an existing Teka benchtop (measuring 150cm width and 60cm deep) that includes a sink + hot plate cooktop. I would like help to cut out the cooktop portion from the bench, install a stainless steel surround and install a new Smeg SI5322B induction cooktop. I have 3 apartments in the same building with the same benchtop, so if the first install goes well I would do the same with two more.
