There are the following problems of our Simpson Apollo oven: (1) Door seal is broken (top side); see the photos. (2) Temperature control seems not working. For example, the meat usual needs one hour to cook becomes overcooked in 30 minutes., but the inside of the meat is still under-cooked (even raw)
