Loose aeriel on roof due to high wind

Due to last night's galeforce wind (Sun 10 Dec) I now have something on my roof that is knocking loudly and constantly. I assume it's the tv aeriel. Other than the noise, I'm concerned about rain ingress if the damage has created a hole where the screws are. I need someone to get up on the roof and secure whatever as come loose and silicone it to ensure against water damage. Its so noisy I can't sleep in my bedroom which is directly below the noise, so i need it fixed ASAP.
