Simple job - additional aerial connection for TV

We already have a UHF aerial in our roof space, and various coaxial connections which were here when we brought the house. but none close to our main television so we can watch live TV without a streaming app. There is already one on the other side of the wall in the next room at skirting board height that we are using with another small TV so hopefully its just a case of installing a splitter and some additional cable running under the house. Access under the house, and attic stairs into roof cavity and drive on parking.
