Satellite dish LNB re-adjustment

Recently the Dutch BVN channel changed frequency on Optus D2 which included a polarisation change (12519V->12608H). Our DishTV s7070r receiver still finds all channels from D1 (FreeTV) and all channels on 12519V from D2 but nothing from 12608H from D2 - even after a factory reset and full rescan. DishTV tell me that the LNB may need to be adjusted in order to receive the H-polarised BVN frequency. Preferred visit day is Thursday but other days may be ok too.
