Hired to install tv and data plug with power point, was quoted a price which excluded gst- was not told gst exclusive have 7 days to pay. Had to ring Daniel several times re asking where worker was for told he was given worker a break as worked 10 hour shift and it was his day off when I asked if their was another worker got no answer. Took a day off to complete job failed to turn up when he said they would. Would not re hire nor recommend.

"We turned up on the same day of the inquiry, started work straight away, costs are always excluding gst and client offered to pay on the same day, I told him clearly that we invoice via email and to expect an invoice in about a week. 7 day terms are normal. As for the worker, he had told the client he would be there in the afternoon and he was, even though it was his day off. I returned phone calls straight away even though I was on holiday. Not sure what else to say."
