relocate TV aerial plate

I just need a TV aerial wall plate swapped from one side of the room to the other. There is already a power point handy, and good clearance under the house. The existing aerial wire is just loose along the ground under the house, and the new location is closer, so should be pretty straight forward. I think there is even a hole in the floor and bottom plate of the wall in the right place.
