Sky cable move and pal conversion

We want a couple of things - 1, to move our sky point to another area in the room which will involve moving the wire externally, and hiding it as best as possible internally to the new point. 2, we have a USA TV that needs to be set up to work with Pal, as it is NTSC. We did buy a converter, which worked really well with SKY whilst we were living in Auckland. It then went into a cupboard when we shifted down here, and after getting sky hooked up again we cannot get it to work. So we need someone who can set this up and diagnose issues with the existing converter and advise on new one.
