Sky Connection

We have a flat screen on wall however sky outlet is positioned directly below but close to floor meaning we have the sky cable running down the wall, looks messy. Want to reposition the outlet behind the TV to hide any cables. Also want to run a connection to masterbedroom as well, even if it is a direct feed off the main decoder to avoid having another decoder installed meaning more cost. Lastly, want to install additional phone jack in house as we only have one. Cheers
