Remove old Sky and TV aerials from roof

Hi have got one large Sky UHF and an old std Analog TV aeriel at each end of my roof. Don't like climbing on roof myself so could do with some help to remove. Nothing fancy required . The TV one that is mounted to the boards end of the roof could be chopped with a hacksaw I just want to take away the perch from the birds that crap on my car. The Sky thing is mounted to the top surface so is easier to get to.
