Need someone to install cable from sky dish to bedroom

2 things I have an existng sky dish with a cable that runs to the living room and to which I can attach Freeview or sky. The cable is short of the TV so I have to run an extension cable 3 metres to the TT This is far from ideal and there is an opportunity to run a better arrangement. Secondly I want is to run another outlet to a bedroom.
