Freeview Installation Check Up

The antenna is all set up and the house is wired to get the TV signals in all rooms but I dont get freeview (digital signal). I have tried a few stuff myself but nothing worked. My next door neighbor has the same setup and works perfectly. I would like some quotes as to how much it would cost me to have the setup fixed and so I can get freeview going. (FYI - my tv can receive digital signal, my aerial is a UHF + VHF). The antenna might or might not need replacing and I am not sure at this stag - I would like expert advice on this one. I had this job on here (on builders crack) 2 years ago but there was no luck in getting the signal coz my back neighbour had a HUGE tree which was blocking the signal (according to one of the guys who came to check it). The tree is gone now so I am hoping this clears the way for me to get Freeview up and running. I would like to get this sorted out at the earliest. Thanks
