TV to digital set up.

We have an older style TV that doesn't work since the changeover to digital. We have bought an Igloo digital box and a UHF aerial, both of which we've tried to connect ourselves, inluding pointing the aerial in the same direction as those close by. As you can guess, we haven't had much joy. We called Igloo and have been told that we should be able to get a signal in the old beach area of Waikanae. Thank you!
