Re-tune TV

Recently our TV signal has been poor. We wiggled the antenna and it seemed to fix the issue. On Friday some channels were completely gone with high static and fuzziness. We have tried to retune with only a few channels returning (Maori, Shine etc) but still very fuzzy. We have bought a new cable but are having the same issues. Sony Bravia, ~4 or so years old. No other issues
