Tv cable hiding

Wanting to run cables for wall mounted TV (HDMI) through a dry wall. But wall has a fire block which I am unable to have cables exit below fire block. Needing someone who can install this for me. I have wall mounting plates for entry and exit points on the wall, and already have TV mounted. Im just needing the dry wall cut out and cable fishing done through the wall and fire block inside the wall. Thanks
