TV mounting on wall

Flat screen TV (I think 55") needs to be mounted on wall over gas fireplace, on a swivel mount. Would like a quote with and without this kind of mount provided. TV also needs to be then connected, I'd like to know what cabling options you can provide and how much it will cost. There is a plug point and antenna socket close to where I want the TV mounted. Job needs to be very neat, clean and all appropriate connections set up. Photos show tv, where it needs to go above fireplace, and plug points down besides the purple sofa.
