Reception issues with new TV

Having issues with new TV picture keeps freezing on TV1 and TV2. Have contacted manufacturing of TV and they are telling me it is antenna issues. Keep getting no signal message on screen and when I check the reception levels TV1 and TV2 are really low compared to all the other channels.
