Laying tiles in toilet and replacing toilet seat.

My toilet is approximately 170cm X 82cm. I want below jobs done:- 1. Existing toilet seat and flush to be removed (and disposed off). 2. Lay tiles on the floor. I will buy tiles with your advice. 3. Install a new toilet seat that I will buy with your advice.
