Antenna - Cable move

Hello, we are looking to move the cables that come from the outside antennas from in the corner of the room (which is right in the corner of the house/lounge) to the middle of the room, within a wall that is between the lounge and kitchen ... so needs to go back up into the roof, be moved about 5 meters and then down the middle of the wall (so you don't see it hanging down) and then out of the wall so it can be used for the TV.
