TV wiring checked

I have two TV's in the house and free view boxes attached to both. Sky dish on roof. Recently both TV's have been cutting out (pausing) for about 4 seconds at a time no sound and still picture. This is happening frequently. Two storey house but easy access to ceiling loft.
