The message 'no signal' comes up on all channels of my TV downstairs when I turn it on. Channel 3 is the only one which shows a picture which gradually becomes distorted along with the sound until both cease altogether. I haven't been able to use it at all. The upstairs TV, however, is working fine.

Sam was very easy to deal with. He identified the problem by getting up on the roof and examining the aerial first hand. He explained exactly what was wrong. His cost is very competitive and he stuck to his original quote. I would definitely use Sam again in the future.
