Existing satellite dish is intermittent during storms. Signal quality drops to between 0 and 10% in rain and wind. If I move the wire connected to the LNB the signal goes up and down.

Kam turned up when he said he would to repair the old Sky dish. Went the extra mile and tidied up our old loose antenna wire on the roof at no extra charge. Very well priced and gave good advice so we got the old LNB replaced as well to protect from potential weather issues. I use a lot of tradies and Kam would certainly be my go to TV guy now.
