TV Antenna for rental flat

Newly renovated downstairs flat needs tv antenna installing. Existing antenna is in attic and will probably need upgrading for modern tv's. Job is: To inspect current antenna for serviceability with FreeView tv. Replace antenna if required. Run coax cable via existing route to bottom floor flat. Route cable internally to lounge and fit new tv wall socket. Test and confirm installation is fit for use Flat is a rental and new tenant moves in this weekend (6th May).
